Buckle is seeking a part-time Store Support Teammate at Mall of America, Bloomington, MN. This on-site role supports guests, handles transactions, and assists store operations to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience.

The position offers a pay range of $14–$16 per hour, with benefits and a focus on customer service and teamwork. Final offers depend on experience, location, and other factors.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and be prepared to answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the Point of Sale (POS) software and bagging purchases.
• Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Monitor and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
• Assist the Operations Manager and/or Visual Merchandiser in merchandising tasks, such as displays, organizing fixtures and price markdowns.
• Consistently maintain a clean, organized and shoppable store to fulfill Buckle’s mission statement.
• Understand and apply Buckle’s Code of Ethics and all policies, procedures, and handbooks.
• Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of Guest service while contributing to a positive team spirit.
• Special projects and other duties as assigned.
