Furnished Quarters is seeking a Guest Service Specialist in New York, NY, to provide high-touch service to guests from pre-arrival through departure. You will be the frontline, ensuring guests feel welcomed, cared for, and heard—handling inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

The role emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving, and thoughtful, detail-oriented service in a fast-paced environment, with an in-office schedule Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in guest services, hospitality, property management, or corporate housing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities across multiple systems.
• Calm, solution-focused demeanor under pressure.
• Proactive, team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional, and personalized guest support by phone, email, and other channels.
• Coordinate apartment setups, arrivals, departures, and readiness.
• Resolve guest issues and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other systems.
• Support service recovery and communicate delays or risks.
• Collaborate with properties, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
