Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to create a welcoming shopping experience. You will help guests find items, answer questions, and promote Target loyalty programs with a friendly demeanor.

You may select shifts through the myTime app; flexibility is required, including nights and weekends. Onboarding includes a Welcome orientation and a brief training schedule to prepare you for daily responsibilities.
