Job summary

Target is looking for an On-Demand Guest Advocate. You will greet guests, assist with questions, and ensure a friendly shopping experience. You must be flexible to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends, to meet store needs.

As an On-Demand TM, you create your schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or teammates via the myTime app. You will attend a Welcome orientation and follow Target’s service standards across guest-facing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests and help them find what they need or resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest interaction with a sincere thank you and assist peers as needed.
• Assist with checkout, drive-up, order pickup, and other guest services.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow safety policies.
