Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to provide outstanding guest service in store environments. You will be part of a flexible team, picking up shifts via the myTime app and participating in a short-term structured training to be prepared for the role.

You will be required to attend a Target Welcome orientation and engage in ongoing scheduling needs, with emphasis on reliability and guest satisfaction. Shifts may vary by store needs and availability.
