Job summary

The Hertz Corporation is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Moline, IL to deliver superior service, resolve issues at the counter, and foster guest satisfaction. You will act as the primary NPS liaison, communicating results and actions to the management team with a focus on empowerment and professionalism.

You will analyze NPS data to drive improvements, coach fellow employees, and ensure adherence to corporate policies while maintaining a high level of hospitality in every interaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service with ops and sales experience.
• Rental car experience is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service at the counter to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as primary Net Promoter Score liaison and report performance actions to management.
• Analyze NPS results and implement plans to improve guest satisfaction.
• Coach staff, share guidance, and reinforce company policies.
• Handle and resolve issues promptly with hospitality and professionalism.
