Job summary

ARTE MUSEUM Las Vegas is hiring an Operations Team Member to serve as the welcoming face of the museum, assist with ticketing, and keep exhibition spaces running smoothly. The role involves rotating through Reception, Ticket Checking, Rounding, MD Shop, and Café, delivering excellent guest experiences.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of customer service, be able to work full-time (40 hours/week), and possess a SNHD food handler card for cafe rotation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of full-time customer service experience.
• Available for full-time employment only (40 hours per week).
• Physically able to stay on your feet for extended periods, walk throughout the museum, and lift up to 15-20 lbs.
• Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) Food Handler Card required for café rotation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong customer service orientation with warm, professional communication skills.
• Active listening and clear verbal communication; able to explain exhibition content in an engaging way.
• Proactive, adaptable team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Able to handle emergencies calmly and follow operational guidelines.
• Comfortable working rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Upselling skills and a service-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all visitors, including VIPs and large groups, so every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive.
• Deliver accurate, engaging information about the exhibition, ticketing, and museum policies.
• Rotate across the following operational areas: Reception and Ticket Checking, Rounding (Exhibition Floor), MD Shop, Café.
