Park MGM is hiring a Guest Experience Specialist to set the stage for memorable guest moments. You will manage the internal Guest Experience Shop program, analyze feedback, and collaborate with property leaders to improve service standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in hospitality, business, or marketing is preferred. The position is full-time in Las Vegas with the starting rate of $20.50 per hour, and shifts including weekends and

Competenze

• Customer service experience required (2+ years).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Willing to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Mansioni

• Assist in managing the Guest Experience Shop program including reporting and analysis.
• Conduct internal/shop evaluations and provide recommendations to improve quality.
• Read and respond to guest comments on travel sites with appropriate tone.
• Analyze guest feedback and create reports highlighting key data.
• Collaborate with management to address service challenges across properties.
