Job summary

ARTE MUSEUM New York is seeking an Operations Team Member to deliver exceptional guest experiences across front desk, ticketing, exhibition floors, shop, and cafe.

You will rotate through channels, answer inquiries, assist with tickets, and support safety and flow of visitors. Prior hospitality experience and a Food Handler Certificate are required, with full-time, 40-hour weeks in New York.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of full-time customer service experience.
• Must be available for full-time employment only (40 hours per week).
• Physically able to remain on your feet for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 15–20 lbs.
• Food Handler Certificate (or card) required for Tea Bar rotation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all visitors, including VIPs and large groups, ensuring every guest feels valued.
• Provide accurate information about the exhibition, ticketing, and policies.
• Rotate across Reception, Ticket Checking, Rounding, MD Shop, and Tea Bar.
• Assist guests with product information and purchases, manage inventory and transactions.
