The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon, CO is seeking a Guest Services Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will assist with arrivals and departures, answer questions, and coordinate requests, acting as a primary contact across the guest journey.

The role requires a personable, solution-oriented attitude in a fast-paced luxury-hospitality environment. Prior guest service in a hotel setting is ideal, with emphasis on creating a smooth, welcoming stay for every guest.

Competenze

• Legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Experience in a luxury hotel or resort is helpful but not required.

Mansioni

• Provide warm, attentive service during arrival and departure, including check-in/out.
• Answer calls, assist inquiries, and route requests to hotel departments.
• Build positive guest relationships by recognizing needs and addressing concerns.
• Communicate guest needs to Service Express Runners and resort teams via radio.
• Handle cash, credit card, and front desk transactions professionally.
