The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon, CO is seeking a Guest Services Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will assist with arrivals and departures, answer questions, and coordinate requests, acting as a primary contact across the guest journey.

The role requires a personable, solution-oriented attitude in a fast-paced luxury-hospitality environment. Prior guest service in a hotel setting is ideal, with emphasis on creating a smooth, welcoming stay for every guest.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Experience in a luxury hotel or resort is helpful but not required.

Create exceptional guest experiences at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa! As a Guest Services Agent , you’ll play an important role in making each stay smooth, welcoming, and memorable. From assisting with arrivals and departures to handling guest questions and coordinating requests, you’ll be a key point of contact throughout the guest journey. What You’ll Do Includes:

• Provide warm, attentive service throughout the arrival and departure process, including guest check-in and check-out.
• Answer telephone calls, assist with inquiries, and route requests to the appropriate hotel departments when needed.
• Build positive guest relationships by recognizing individual needs, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly.
• Communicate guest needs to Service Express Runners and other resort teams through the hotel’s radio communication system.
• Accurately handle cash, credit card, and other front desk transactions while maintaining a professional and welcoming presence.

Success in This Role Looks Like:
