East West Hospitality is seeking a friendly Guest Services Agent for The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth arrival, a welcoming stay, and prompt responses to questions and requests.

Responsibilities include check-in/check-out, handling inquiries by phone, and coordinating with resort departments. Experience in luxury hospitality is preferred; Marriott perks and strong team spirit are valued, with competitive benefits and growth

Create exceptional guest experiences at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa ! As a Guest Services Agent , you'll play an important role in making each stay smooth, welcoming, and memorable. From assisting with arrivals and departures to handling guest questions and coordinating requests, you'll be a key point of contact throughout the guest journey. If you're personable, solution-oriented, and enjoy a fast-paced hospitality environment, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do Includes:

• Provide warm, attentive service throughout the arrival and departure process, including guest check-in and check-out.
• Answer telephone calls, assist with inquiries, and route requests to the appropriate hotel departments when needed.
• Build positive guest relationships by recognizing individual needs, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly.
• Communicate guest needs to Service Express Runners and other resort teams through the hotel's radio communication system.
• Accurately handle cash, credit card, and other front desk transactions while maintaining a professional and welcoming presence.

Success in This Role Looks Like:

• L egally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date
• You have previous customer service experience and enjoy interacting with people.
• Experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting helps you hit the ground running but isn't required.
