Job summary

East West Hospitality seeks a Guest Services Agent for The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon, Colorado. You’ll be the first point of contact, handling arrivals and departures, answering inquiries, and coordinating guest requests to ensure a smooth, welcoming stay.

The role emphasizes personable, solution‑oriented service in a fast‑paced luxury environment. Prior guest service experience is preferred; hotel or resort background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prev. customer service experience.
• Experience in a luxury hotel or resort helps you hit the ground running but isn’t required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive service throughout the arrival and departure process, including guest check-in and check-out.
• Answer telephone calls, assist with inquiries, and route requests to the appropriate hotel departments when needed.
• Build positive guest relationships by recognizing individual needs, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly.
• Communicate guest needs to Service Express Runners and other resort teams through the hotel's radio communication system.
• Accurately handle cash, credit card, and other front desk transactions while maintaining a professional and welcoming presence.
