Qualifications

• Provide remarkable guest service with a Say Yes to the Guest attitude.
• Perform front-end tasks including cashiering, bagging, money orders, and other point-of-sale transactions.
• Assist guests with returns, overcharges, and pricing issues.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report problems to management.
• Provide backup support across Guest Services and cashiering duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive guest experience and uphold Coborn's service standards.
• Support front-end operations and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Back up the Guest Service Manager in their absence.
