Job summary

The Ghoman Group is seeking an AM Front Desk / PM Front Desk agent for Holiday Inn Express & Suites Indianapolis W - Airport Area. The role involves warmly greeting guests, checking them in and out, and balancing cash at the end of each shift.

The agent will handle inquiries, post charges, coordinate with the in-house restaurant for dining reservations, and ensure guest satisfaction. Immediate joining is requested.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years front desk experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and strong communication.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and thanking guests in a sincere, friendly manner.
• Checking guests in on arrival and out on departure.
• Posting charges to appropriate guest accounts.
• Anticipating and addressing guests' needs, and resolving their problems and complaints.
• Assisting guests with disabilities.
• Operating switchboard and assisting with inquiries.
• Assisting the reservations manager with taking reservations.
• Collaborating and communicating with other internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Complying with company procedures and safety policies.
• Performing duties on a daily checklist.
