Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and property assets.

• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, services, and hours of operation.
• Respond to emergency situations and provide clear direction.

• Conduct regular property patrols, ensuring secure doors and well-maintained stairwells.
• Communicate guest information and special requests to appropriate departments.
• Serve as the primary contact for emergency personnel arriving on property.
