Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English to understand policies and communicate with customers and coworkers.
• Variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and exercise good judgement.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Up-to-date food handling certificates where required by location.
• Cooking/restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service; greet and thank customers with eye contact.
• Conduct all point-of-sale activities accurately and safely.
• Maintain cash drawer and perform cashier reconciliations at shift end.
• Perform regular station cleaning of indoor and outdoor areas including restrooms, islands, pumps, and car wash if applicable.
• Prepare food and hot beverages; manage foodservice and beverages to maximize sales and minimize loss.
• Actively promote store specials and marketing programs.
• Cross-check prices of delivered goods for accuracy.
• Distribute delivered goods and keep store shelves stocked.
