Chevron Stations in Martinez, CA is seeking a cashier with a customer-first attitude to join a fast-paced retail environment. You will handle POS transactions, promote specials, maintain clean facilities, and ensure food safety during preparation of KKC products.

This role requires English proficiency and flexibility in scheduling. The position offers full-time and part-time shifts, weekly pay, health and wellness packages, education reimbursement, and other benefits listed in the posting.

Formación

• Must be proficient in English to understand CSI policies, safety training, and job instructions.
• Available to work a variety of hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Must possess up-to-date food handling certificates as required by law.
• Cooking/Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional guest service; greet and thank customers with eye contact.
• Conduct point-of-sale transactions accurately and safely with multiple payment forms.
• Maintain cash drawer and reconcile at shift end following CSI policies.
• Perform station cleaning indoors and outdoors, including restrooms and pumps.
• Prepare food and beverages, manage ExtraMile/KKC offerings, monitor stock levels.
• Actively promote store specials and marketing programs.
• Cross-check delivered goods for pricing accuracy.
• Distribute goods to shelves and coolers, ensuring shelves are full.
• Observe local laws when fueling vehicles (where applicable).
• May perform other duties as assigned by management.
