Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI) is hiring at our Bellevue, Washington location to join a team that delivers 100% total customer focus in a fast-paced environment.

You will provide exceptional guest service, greet customers, operate point-of-sale systems accurately, and handle cash with integrity while following CSI policies. You will prepare Krispy Krunchy Chicken items, manage foodservice, restock shelves, promote store specials, and maintain clean indoor and outdoor areas.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English to understand policies, safety training, and job instructions.
• Available to work various hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Independent and team-based work capability.
• Must have up-to-date food handling certificates where required by law (location-specific).
• Cooking/Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional guest service; greet customers and maintain eye contact.
• Conduct point-of-sale activities accurately and safely; handle multiple payment types.
• Maintain cash drawer and reconcile at shift end.
• Perform station cleaning of indoor/outdoor areas and restrooms.
• Prepare food and beverages; manage ExtraMile/KKC foodservice and monitor stock to maximize sales.
• Actively promote store specials and marketing programs.
• Cross-check delivered goods for accuracy and stock shelves.
• Observe local laws when fueling vehicles (where applicable).
• May perform other duties as assigned by management.
