Coborn’s is seeking a Guest Service Representative to support the Guest Service Counter, providing remarkable guest service and handling transactions, money orders, postage, and other services not typically offered by traditional grocery retailers. The role involves assisting guests with returns and refunds, performing cashier duties, and backing up management as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Say Yes to the Guest attitude by providing remarkable guest service.
• Perform front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, money order machines, electronic payment machines, postal machinery, copies, lottery equipment, etc.
• Assist guests with returned merchandise, overrings, and overcharges.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits; provide troubleshooting and inform management of issues such as pricing, equipment breakdowns, standards, and personnel problems.
• Provide backup services to colleagues across Guest Services, cashiering, bagging, and cart pushing.
• Support the Guest Service Manager and Senior Guest Service Manager in their absence.
