Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver exceptional service at the Guest Service Counter. The role includes cashiering, money orders, Western Union, postal duties, and other transactions to support the front-end and store operations.

The ideal candidate maintains a Say Yes to the Guest attitude, handles returns and price adjustments, and assists in audits and problem areas while contributing to a team-oriented, employee-owned workplace.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with ability to provide remarkable guest service.
• Experience with front-end tasks including cashiering and returns.
• Comfort using money orders, Western Union, and postage equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests at the front-end and support store operations.
• Handle cashier interventions, transaction reversals, and returns.
• Provide backup for Guest Service Manager when needed.
• Maintain friendly, Say Yes to the Guest attitude at all times.
