Pacific Hospitality Group’s AC Hotel Phoenix Tempe/Downtown seeks a Front Desk Guest Services Agent to create a memorable guest experience from check-in to check-out and beyond. You will handle reservations, guest requests, and balance daily reports, while delivering friendly, professional service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, basic accounting or MS Excel familiarity, and the ability to work weekends and holidays with a guest-first mindset.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or AC Hotel brand experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and use basic computer systems.

Aufgaben

• Greeting guests with a warm, professional manner and checking them in/out.
• Answering phones, taking messages and handling guest requests.
• Assisting guests with shuttle services and reservations as needed.
• Processing payments and balancing shift reports with accuracy.
• Maintaining a clean, organized front desk area and supporting other front office tasks.
