Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and ensure a smooth check-in.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Respond to guest inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
• Process payments and maintain guest transaction records.
• Resolve guest issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill requests.
• Maintain a clean front desk area and assist with luggage as needed.
