Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a friendly Guest Services Associate in Moab, Utah. You will welcome guests, guide them through registration, issue keys, and share information about the resort and nearby attractions.

You’ll handle cash and card transactions, balance receipts, and assist with check-out procedures while ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction. Strong communication, math, and multitasking skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through the registration process, issue unit keys, and provide information about the resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and complete money handling duties.
• Complete all check-out procedures and verify charges in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and/or groups.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes and respond promptly to inquiries.
