Job summary

Waterworks Aquatics in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking a Customer Experience Expert to warmly greet families, handle lesson registrations, process payments, and answer questions in person or over the phone.

This fast-paced, on-your-feet role requires empathy, clear communication, and the ability to keep the lobby organized. Weekend availability is required, and employees receive paid training, a 401(k) match, and health benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 17 years old with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; strong verbal communication and computer skills.
• Proficient typing (40+ WPM) and comfort with basic POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming face of Waterworks — greet and assist families in person and over the phone.
• Register new customers, schedule lessons, process payments, and manage accounts.
• Communicate clearly and help families choose the right lesson packages.
• Listen with empathy and find creative solutions to meet families’ needs.
• Enjoy interacting with children and families in a lively, fast-paced environment.
• Help maintain a clean and safe lobby by wiping down surfaces, keeping floors dry, and restocking supplies as needed.
• Work as part of a supportive team to reach registration and retention goals.
