Job summary

Waterworks Aquatics is hiring a Customer Experience Expert for our San Jose location. In this on-site front desk role, you’ll greet families, register lessons, handle payments, and help families choose the best packages.

The job requires weekend availability and offers paid training with growth opportunities. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, contributing to a positive guest experience while maintaining a welcoming lobby and accurate accounts.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with 2+ years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; strong verbal communication and basic computer skills.
• Proficient typing (40+ WPM) and comfort with basic POS systems.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist families in person and over the phone.
• Register new customers, schedule lessons, process payments, and manage accounts.
• Communicate clearly and help families choose the right lesson packages.
• Listen with empathy and find creative solutions to meet families’ needs.
• Enjoy interacting with children and families in a lively, fast-paced environment.
• Help maintain a clean and safe lobby by wiping down surfaces, keeping floors dry, and restocking supplies.
• Work as part of a supportive team to reach registration and retention goals.
