Waterworks Aquatics, a premier swim school with over 35 locations across California and Colorado, seeks a Customer Experience Expert in Carlsbad, CA. You will greet families, help with lesson registrations, process payments, and ensure a welcoming lobby.

This on-your-feet role requires weekend availability, excellent communication, and a friendly, team-oriented approach. Paid training, flexible hours, and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping others and creating positive experiences.
• Ability to stay composed while juggling tasks.
• Honesty and responsible handling of payments and information.
• Warm, empathetic communication in person and by phone.
• Drive to discuss lessons and enroll families.
• At least 18 years old with 2+ years in customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent; strong verbal skills.
• Typing 40+ WPM and basic POS familiarity.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming face of Waterworks — greet families in person and over the phone.
• Register new customers, schedule lessons, process payments, and manage accounts.
• Help families choose the right lesson packages with clear communication.
• Listen with empathy and find solutions to meet needs.
• Engage with children and families in a lively, fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a clean, safe lobby and restock supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to hit registration and retention goals.
