Qualifications

• Ability to interpret/extract information and perform arithmetic functions.
• Minimum formal education of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR training may be required or completed upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and build personal connections to make them feel welcome.
• Sell the property according to Suburban Inns’ sales standards.
• Collect leads and share information with Sales; gather guest data.
• Balance cash drawer and reconcile guest accounts.
• Provide information on hotel policies, services, and local attractions.
• Maintain a neat front desk and communicate across departments.
• Follow emergency procedures and stay updated on safety protocols.
