Job summary

Daly Seven is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and provide expert local guidance. You will create seamless, memorable experiences through speed, accuracy, and genuine care while representing the Daly Seven brand.

You will assist guests with reservations, promote the franchise membership club, and help locate lodging when the hotel is full, ensuring guest satisfaction at every step.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel brand experience and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Computer proficiency.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 10 pounds, bend, stoop, and climb stairs.
• Must be available for 7-3pm and 3-11pm shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth, checking them in and out with friendliness, speed, and accuracy.
• Be the go-to expert for local attractions, restaurants, and events, using maps to provide directions.
• Handle guest complaints with professional care and concern.
• Promote our franchise membership club and help guests secure future stays.
• If our hotel is full, proactively help guests find lodging via referrals.
