Ambiente Sedona is seeking a friendly hospitality professional to join our landscape hotel team in Sedona, AZ. You will provide attentive guest service from arrival to departure, assist with check-ins/check-outs, and help guests discover local activities while maintaining a lean, continuous-improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality guest service.
• Ability to work with a LEAN culture and continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Learn and adapt into our LEAN culture.
• Work and communicate effectively with TEAM members.
• Provide friendly, efficient guest service to guests from arrival to departure, maximizing room occupancy.
• Ensure all check-ins and check-outs are handled in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Maintain full knowledge of Ambiente's services to maximize guest experiences.
• Provide information about local area activities, transportation, restaurants, and tours.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
