Sedona.org is seeking a dynamic Guest Experience Agent in Sedona, AZ for a full-time role with a focus on delivering a 5-star guest experience. You will serve as the main contact from inquiry to departure, leveraging local knowledge to enhance guest satisfaction and drive bookings.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office and associated applications.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as guest point of contact from initial inquiry to departure, coordinating with operations.
• Know local attractions and vendors to recommend to guests.
• Provide local expertise on mountain resorts and year-round activities for guests.
• Answer questions during booking and assist with the reservation process.
• Respond to guest inquiries via email, text, OTA app and phone to support bookings.
• Offer concierge services and cross-train in other markets to enhance guest service.
• Follow up with prospective guests to convert inquiries into bookings.
• Contribute to positive guest reviews through proactive service.
