Ocean-Casino-Resort is seeking a Front Desk Representative to be the first contact for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and payments with a friendly, professional manner. You will maintain cash drawers, assist guests with services, answer questions about hours, events, and amenities, and uphold a clean, organized front desk while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Flexibility to work holidays and weekends in a fast-paced casino/hotel setting is required, along with strong English communication

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Prior cash handling & customer service experience preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Stand for entire shift in a casino/hotel environment.

Responsabilidades

• Check guests in and out, processing payments.
• Maintain cash bank and daily deposits.
• Provide prompt, courteous service and resolve guest issues.
• Answer inquiries about services, hours, and events.
• Keep front desk organized and stocked with supplies.
• Greet guests with a friendly welcome.
• Assist with room status checks.
