Hilton Anatole Dallas is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to deliver warm, high-quality hospitality at the front desk. You will ensure smooth check-in and check-out, help guests with information about rooms, rates, and local attractions, and support a seamless guest experience.

As part of the Hotels team, you’ll use your communication and upselling skills to promote services while maintaining accuracy in payments and records.

Qualifications

• Experience in greeting guests and handling front desk duties is preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to upsell hotel services and provide local information.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and complete check-in with accuracy.
• Process departures, verify charges, collect payments, and issue receipts.
• Provide hotel and local knowledge to assist with guest inquiries.
• Promote hotel amenities to enhance revenue and guest satisfaction.
