Job summary

The Adolphus in Dallas seeks a Front Desk Agent to deliver warm, personalized service at check-in and check-out, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. You will handle guest inquiries, assist with room assignments, and manage billing with accuracy in a fast-paced, upscale setting.

In this role, you will coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments, uphold confidentiality, and maintain a polished, professional presence in the lobby. A background in hospitality supports success here.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk/hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while remaining professional.
• Comfortable with standard hotel technology and guest billing procedures.
• Willingness to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests during check-in and check-out with warmth and professionalism.
• Assist with room assignments, guest inquiries, and billing procedures.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, dining options, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Maintain lobby and front desk area in a clean, organized, and welcoming state.
• Handle payments and cash handling according to hotel procedures.
