Remington Hospitality is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent in El Paso, TX. You will welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, process reservations, and assist with inquiries to ensure a smooth stay.

Role requires strong communication, multitasking and a professional demeanor, with flexibility for weekends and holidays. You will collaborate with housekeeping and other teams to maintain service quality and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling guest concerns.
• Must be available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Computer skills and experience with hotel systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a positive and professional attitude.
• Complete guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Process reservations, room assignments, payments, and guest requests.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.

• Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
• Follow all safety, security, and brand standards.
