Job summary

Highgate Hotels seeks a Guest Room Runner for TradeWinds Island Resort on St. Pete Beach. You will maintain clean rooms, assist guests, and support housekeeping operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and communicate clearly with guests and staff. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to stand during entire shift.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean Guestrooms according to standards.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from Guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep all hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day's use.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report missing items to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report maintenance repairs to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle Lost and Found items per standards.
• Ensure overall Guest satisfaction.
