Job summary

United Defense Tactical is seeking a Front Desk Associate to welcome customers in person, on the phone, and via email. You will handle inquiries, direct visitors, and support daily operations with professionalism and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in customer service, excellent communication, and basic office software proficiency. Duties include scheduling, data entry, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Basic data entry and record-keeping accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers at the front desk and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
• Answer and manage phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain the front desk area, including keeping it organized, clean, and well-stocked.
• Process customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, and escalate issues as needed to the appropriate department or person.
• Check-in and check-out customers, ensuring accuracy of reservations and billing information.
• Maintain customer records and update the company's database with relevant information.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved.
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
