Job summary

United Defense Tactical is seeking a friendly, professional front desk associate to join our team in San Antonio. You will greet customers in person, by phone, or email, and assist them with their needs, serving as the first point of contact.

The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, manage reservations and billing information, and coordinate with other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service or receptionist experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the front desk and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
• Answer and manage phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage the front desk area, including keeping it organized, clean, and well-stocked.
• Process customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, and elevate issues as needed to the appropriate department or person.
• Check-in and check-out customers, ensuring accuracy of reservations and billing information.
• Maintain customer records and update the company’s database with relevant information.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved.
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
