Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the front desk and direct them appropriately.
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Maintain organized front desk area and stock supplies.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests, escalating when needed.
• Check-in/check-out customers and manage reservations and billing information.
• Update customer records and coordinate with other departments.
• Perform general administrative tasks and adhere to company policies.
