United Defense Tactical is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, greeting them in person, by phone, or email, and assisting with their needs while delivering professional service.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and multitasking skills, is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and can manage priorities while coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with office equipment and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers at the front desk.
• Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Maintain front desk area and organize supplies.
• Process inquiries and route issues to the right department.
• Check-in/check-out customers and update reservations and billing.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the database.
