Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of customer service or receptionist experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with office equipment and common software (MS Office, Google Suite) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers at the front desk and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
• Answer and manage phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain the front desk area, keeping it organized, clean, and well-stocked.
• Process customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, and escalate as needed.
• Check-in and check-out customers, ensuring accuracy of reservations and billing information.
• Maintain customer records and update the company’s database.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet customer needs and resolve issues.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
