Job summary

Sugar Land Marriott in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a friendly Front Desk/Guest Services associate to greet guests, check them in and out, and assist with reservations and same-day bookings. You will help block rooms and handle guest requests with a professional, guest-centric approach.

Responsibilities include posting charges accurately, knowing front office procedures, cash handling, and maintaining knowledge of rates and discounts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Post all charges accurately and know how to handle payments.
• Maintain working knowledge of Front Office systems and daily transactions.
• Block rooms and review reservations, including special requests.
• Know hotel rates, discounts, and cancellation procedures.
• Assist with same-day reservations and relocations when necessary.
