Job summary

HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS - SHREVEPORT is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to welcome guests, assist with check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and support daily front desk operations. You will coordinate with housekeeping and respond to guest needs to ensure smooth service.

You will answer questions, process payments, and provide local information, contributing to memorable stays. Prior hospitality experience is helpful but not required.
