Equity LifeStyle Properties is hiring a Front Desk Clerk in Ormond Beach, FL. You will act as the property liaison, assisting guests and residents with information in person and by phone, and you will process payments and deposits.

You'll run reports and submit maintenance requests to keep the office efficient, work with the Property Manager, and help resolve inquiries promptly while prioritizing outstanding customer service across resort communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the property liaison and provide guests and residents with information, in person and over the phone.
• Process payments and deposits.
• Run reports and submit maintenance requests to ensure office efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager and communicate inquiries promptly.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction and resolve conflicts as they arise.
