Job summary

Mr C. Hotels is seeking a detail‑oriented front desk auditor to join our team. You will perform daily audit functions for the front office and each outlet, review room and tax postings, and ensure accurate posting of house charges.

The role requires prompt, warm, professional service and strong communication. The position includes nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, and offers a starting pay of $19.00–$20.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience with front desk operations and guest service.
• Knowledge of posting room charges, taxes, and house charges.
• Ability to operate a night audit program and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily audit functions for front office and outlets.
• Review room and tax postings for accuracy and correct errors.
• Back-up front office computer system and night audit program daily.
• Follow management company accounting and credit policies.
• Handle front desk duties including check-ins/outs, payments, reservations, PBX, and guest directions.
• Maintain warmth, courtesy and professionalism in guest interactions.
