Job summary

Hampton Inn and Suites Pembroke Pines Hotel is seeking a detail-oriented, outgoing Guest Services Representative. You will provide exceptional guest experiences, check guests in and out, respond to requests with empathy, and balance accounts in a fast-paced environment at a welcoming front desk.

The role includes updating reservations, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining PEACH values while delivering top-tier service and supporting a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1 year of customer service experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to cultivate a productive team that embodies PEACH.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where priorities change.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service while checking guests in and out.
• Be a guest advocate by responding to requests with urgency and empathy.
• Process payments for guests and update accounts as needed.
• Enter and update reservation information in the system.
• Collaborate with departments to communicate room availability and status.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, organized front desk.
• Close and balance room accounts and run reports.
• Make adjustments to accounts as needed.
