Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• High School education or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Review arrival lists and prepare welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and complete check-in prior to arrival.
• Answer phone within three rings and route questions as needed.
• Handle cash with proper procedures and report cash variances to management.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PII data and follow privacy policies.
• Follow check-in/out checklists and collect IDs and payment methods.
