Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred front office experience in the hotel, leisure and/or retail sector.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Desire to deliver exceptional levels of Guest Service.
• Exhibit effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic math skills and prior cash handling experience.
• Detail oriented and ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Ability to stand during a 6 to 8 hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Greets and directs guests at check-in and throughout the stay.
• Handles special requests quickly, efficiently and courteously.
• Completes daily shift checklist and reviews departures for correct billing.
• Verifies payment methods and processes deposits for reservations.
• Resolves outstanding issues and communicates guest needs to other departments.
• Answers phone inquiries, screens calls and assists with reservations and directions.
• Maintains order and cleanliness of the front desk and lobby area.
