Job summary

Daly Seven, owner of Fairfield Inn Greensboro, seeks a part-time Guest Service Agent. You are the brand ambassador, welcoming guests with warmth, handling check-ins/outs quickly, and guiding travelers to local attractions.

You will manage the switchboard, reservations, breakfast setup, and safety duties, while maintaining cash accuracy and providing professional customer service. Prior hotel or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel brand experience and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Computer proficiency.
• Ability to stand for an extended period of time, lift up to 10 pounds, bend, stoop, and regularly go up and down stairs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle check-ins/outs with warmth, speed, and accuracy.
• Serve as the local expert on attractions, restaurants, and events.
• Resolve guest complaints with professional care and concern.
• Promote the franchise membership club and assist guests with future stays at Daly Seven properties.
• Manage reservations, verify credit card validity, and monitor daily and future bookings.
• Operate the switchboard and perform front desk computer tasks and routine shutdown procedures.
• Ensure lobby, breakfast setup, and coffee service are well maintained.
• Support safety and security procedures and report hazards or injuries as needed.
• Complete incident or accident reports when necessary.
