Raines Co. is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front office team in delivering exceptional guest service. The role involves supervising daily desk operations, guiding staff, handling reservations, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Front desk supervisory experience in hospitality preferred.
• Experience with brand or property-specific PMS.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 or similar computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding customer care at all times.
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor toward guests.
• Answer inquiries and accept hotel reservations.
• Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing as needed.
• Supervise front desk staff and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Train and guide front desk team, coaching as required.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
